We will perform service according to the rules of civil procedure for the court shown on your document(s). After service and when payment is received, we will email your signed, ready-to-file, proof of service. If service is not possible, we will give you a detailed explanation of why and a signed declaration of diligent attempts. You'll have the option to provide another address or get help locating the individual you are serving.
